A proposal to give thirty years of family-run financial advice a brand that sounds like the people behind it: clear, approachable, and built to make mortgages, protection and wealth feel like one conversation rather than three complicated ones.
Final typeface selection to be confirmed following the concept stage, once both faces have been tested together across signage, print and screen.
Design Direction
The identity will lean on clarity rather than decoration: generous space, a simple mark and a structure that lets mortgages, protection and wealth each carry their own signal while unmistakably belonging to the same firm.
The agreed three-colour starting point, applied consistently across print, digital, documents and office touchpoints.
The rules written down, so the brand stays consistent whoever is applying it. Your team, your printer and any future supplier can work from a single document without needing to ask.
Every rule is written for the person who has to apply it: an adviser building a client report, a printer setting up signage, a supplier laying out a factsheet. Simple enough to follow, specific enough that the brand survives being handed around.
Thirty years of good advice, told plainly.
The job isn't to make the advice simpler. It's to make the front door simpler, so people arrive already feeling like they can ask the obvious question. Investments and protection carry their own vocabulary and their own paperwork, and both give people plenty of reasons to feel out of their depth before the conversation has started.
The brand should sit down next to the client rather than across the desk from them: approachable, unhurried, and focused on building a life plan together over years, rather than selling a product today. Family-run since day one is the strongest asset the business owns, and right now the brand isn't saying it.
Three Services, One Firm
One firm, three services, one clear plan. The identity's job is to make that read in the first three seconds.
Feedback consolidated into one response per round keeps the work inside the fee and the timescale. Additional amends, a fourth concept, or a restart on a previously signed-off stage are billed at £75 per hour, always agreed in writing before any work begins. Font licences, where a commercial licence is required for the chosen typefaces, are purchased in your name and charged at cost.

Invoiced 50% on acceptance to begin work and 50% on handover of final artwork, payable within 14 days. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Nothing in the "available separately" list is needed to complete the brand; these are the items firms most often want next, quoted individually so they can be taken in your own time.
